This system will let you post up to 12 Items at a time and the newest item always appears on top - when you add the 13th item the oldest item is removed. You can always log in and manually edit or delete an item.
I suggest you keep the amount of text to a minimum in any item.
See the help notes under Add News Item for additional examples - the important thing is you never use single or double quotes anywhere in your text - they are reserved characters and will corrupt the data string.
I suggest you play with this alot to get used to it - we can always delete and test items before the site goes public.
